“There is No Time Here”: Jun Fujita’s Legacy through Visual Poetry with Dawn Wing

Saturday: Dec. 13, 2025 from 5:00-7:00pm

Minnesota History Center

An artist talk and reading of picture poems inspired by Jun Fujita's legacy and Voyageur's National Park. Published by Dawn Wing, 2025.

This event was made possible with the support of the Minnesota State Arts Board, Twin Cities Japanese American Citizens' League (JACL) and Minnesota History Center.

Dawn will be selling special edition copies of her chapbook "At the Edge: Picture Poems and Reflections from Voyageurs National Park" (sliding scale, $30-$45) where 50% of sales will be donated directly to Minnesota 8
 - a local organization dedicated to fighting “to end detention and deportation in Southeast Asian communities."
Note: I accept cash, Venmo or Paypal only - thanks!
